Tiana is a communication coach known for helping athletes, coaches, and high-performers speak with confidence, clarity, and control. What began with being called “articulate” her entire life evolved into a career focused on teaching others how to use their voice with purpose and authority.

Today, Tiana trains more than 1,400 professionals each year and has delivered over 500 hours of executive and performance coaching across sports, entertainment, and education.
With fifteen years of experience supporting senior leaders, athletic departments, student-athletes, and rising talent, her work bridges performance, leadership, and communication.
Mission
Tiana’s mission is simple: every person has the ability to speak with impact and stick their landing when it matters most. Her coaching empowers individuals to show up prepared, confident, and in control—whether on the field, on stage, or in the boardroom.
Clients & Leadership Work
Her client roster includes the University of Washington, Cal State LA, Cal State Long Beach, UC Merced, Stanford, Los Angeles Southwest College, and UCAcademy. She has coached leaders of Division I programs, head coaches, assistant coaches, and athletic directors at both the high school and collegiate levels.
Tiana facilitates student-athlete communication training both in-person and virtually and leads multi-day leadership retreats focused on strategy and culture.
